Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including collection addresses, destination details, flight information where applicable and contact details.
City Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible for delays or service issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Vehicle Availability
While every effort is made to provide the requested vehicle, City Chauffeurs reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher standard where operational circumstances require.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Where applicable, cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice provided before the scheduled journey.
Limitation of Liability
City Chauffeurs will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
